Shipping, Delivery and Payment

 

Shipping

Shipping costs vary considerably by region and depend on whether you have ordered a built machine or a kit. A fully assembled machine is more fragile than the kits and takes up more volume. The case is also shipped in a large package. If you provide us with your address and details of the products you want to buy, we will estimate shipping costs and advise you accordingly.

 
Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our workshop we will send you a shipping confirmation email. The email will include tracking information and an estimated arrival date for your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam or junk email folder (Hotmail and Live users especially). Our estimated delivery time for UK orders is 3 to 4 working days.

Payment

Once you contact us with details of your order, we will send you a full quote which will include a request for an initial deposit of £50. You can pay this deposit by credit card through our secure website. We will then issue an invoice for the deposit and confirm the details of your order, including estimated shipping costs and delivery date.

When your order is ready for delivery we will issue an order confirmation email and final invoice. Again, you can pay this by credit card through our website. On receipt of your payment we will dispatch your goods from our facility.

Payments by phone

Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone. All orders and payments must be made via the website and pass through our secure payment system. This is also the quickest and most secure way for us to verify the payment and process your order as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.

 

Cheques

We do not accept payments by cheque, sorry.

Warranties

Warranty

Andante Holdings Ltd. warrant that all components and sub-assemblies and supplied to the original consumer purchaser will perform according to specification for a period of 24 months from purchase. We also warrant that any machines built by us will perform according to specification for a period of 24 months from purchase. This warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only.

 

What the Warranty covers

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship. If the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship, we will simply replace the product with a same or similar product, depending on stock.

 

What the Warranty does not cover

  • Any damage of the product due to shipment.

  • Defect, deterioration or damage to the product’s outer packaging such as a case, product box, external cover.

  • Damage by the purchaser during the assembly process.

  • Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorised by Andante Holdings Ltd.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Removal, adjustment and set-up service charges by any third party.

  • Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.

 

 

Return Policy

 

90-Day Money Back Guarantee

All items sold on the antikytheramechanism.co.uk website are covered by a 90 days money back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, for any reason, simply send the item back to us in its original packaging within 90 days of its delivery.

 

How to Return an Item

To return an item for an exchange or refund, you will need your order number and billing email originally used for the purchase. The order number can be found on the order confirmation email as well as the shipping notification email which you received from us. If you can’t find an email from us please make sure to check your spam or junk email folders. Once you know the order number simply contact us and we will let you know how and where to return the item to.

 

Conditions for Returning an Item

Returned or exchanged items must be unused, in brand new, mint condition, and have all original packaging, materials, and accessories included. Please note that we will not accept used or non-resalable goods. When sending back an item, please make sure to place it back in its original packaging in the exact same manner as it was received.

The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. Please allow for up to 14 days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
